Jesus na Bam Bam!
To express my obsession for, persistence in and commitment to worshipping God through music with all my heart, by continually dying to self and sensitive to the Spirit and by humbly leading others to God in worship, and thereby establish a vision that will transcend my generation.
Bethany is a place of worship, Be-thany is an instrument of His worship."Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and hour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created" Rev. 4:11

His Majesty (Oun L’Oba)
I am a part of the ‘all things’ God created for His pleasures so I am an instrument of His worship. At Bethany, Mary (Martha and Lazarus’ sister) worshipped Jesus. She anointed Jesus’ feet with "a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and wiped his feet with her hair". The Bible says, "and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment" (John 12:1-3). This simple act of worship made an impact on Mary's life. She never remained the same again.
Therefore, each time I, Be-thany (instrument of God’s worship) come to Bethany (a place of worship - of total surrender, unflinching consecration, absolute obeisance) lives must be impacted so much so that even ‘the house’ (lives) shall be "filled with the odour of the ointment".
Story Behind ‘Oun L’Oba’
God can, indeed, use the foolish things of this world to confound the wise. My fears were heightened when the first producer that worked on this song did a poor job on it. I almost discarded the song. It sounded so awful. But God provided another producer and this time around a wonderful brother – Johnbass – who did good justice to the song and the outcome was and is still awesome. Glory to God! While we were also thinking of a title for the project, God gave us "His Majesty (Oun L’Oba)". What a turnaround. Awesome indeed!

The latest album from Be-thany Tunes titled Jesus na Bam Bam, was released on the 10th of May, 2009. At the launch event held at the prestigious Treasures Halls & Events Place, Iyana Ipaja, Lagos, Pastor J T Kaleijaye spoke about the need to employ music to "Launch into the Deep".
